Current status of CO2 capture (a modern myth?)

graphic

As of today, no power plants with CO2 capture have been realized. This is because there is significant financial risk associated with technological investments and lack of infrastructure for capture, transportation and storage. There is not expected to be any paradigm shift in CO2 capture technology in the near future. The short-term development is expected to be simply a further development of existing technologies.

Before CO2 storage can be deployed on a global scale, methods and standards for CO2 storage must be established to ensure safe storage without leakages.

A successful strategy to reduce man-made CO2 emission sufficiently demands that Governments establish economic incentives and regulatory framework to strengthen research and development of new low emission technologies. ClearAir represents the perfect solution to this great challenge.

ClearAir carbon breakthrough technology now enables us to drastically reduce global CO2 emissions by up to 99.9% by retrofitting across existing infrastructure or by incorporating the technology within every new system of power-generation and vehicle exhaust system. ClearAir is not a carbon capture technology - it is a molecular transformational technology.
