The annual Global Impact Forum aims to evolve into the largest platform for real-time world wide web participation in internet history.
As the platform grows it will necessitate linking together one or more ‘supercomputers’ and an array of international hosting servers in order to accommodate what is intended to be a traffic overload of many millions of ‘voting’ and interactive participants from up to 200 nations around the globe.
